How it works:

It is FREE to join! Sign up with a phone number in-store or using our sign-up link* above. Follow the link in the text message sent to your phone to add an email to the account and enter your birthday for a $5 reward on your special day! Both and email and phone number is required to redeem points. Earn one point for every $1 spent, and get 5% back. Once 50 points is reached, there will be a $2.50 reward available to use or save for next time. Download the ToastTakeout app and login to your Toast/loyalty account in order to view how many points have accrued, access your digital loyalty card, and more!

*If the online sign-up link is used, an in-store purchase must be made initially with your loyalty account attached to your purchase to link your credit card to your loyalty account in order to earn points for future visits online.

How do I collect points?

After you have signed up and registered as a Bagel Bucks Rewards member and received your initial welcome e-mail, you are officially a member and can start to collect points.

When you visit Tandem Bagel next, you will need to provide your server with your Bagel Bucks Rewards membership email or phone number. Your server will enter your information into the system and your account will automatically be populated with 1 point per dollar spent on the subtotal of your bill. Note: points will be earned for net sales only, less taxes, gratuity, service fees or any discounts applied to a check. After a card is attached to an account, use that card at checkout to automatically connect your loyalty account to your order and earn points for that purchase. If ordering online or via ToastTakeout after ordering in-store initially to connect the card, make sure you are logged into the Toast account that is connected to your loyalty account.

How do I redeem points?

Once you have earned a reward, you may use it on your next purchase in-store, online, or through the ToastTakeout app. For online and ToastTakeout orders, they can be redeemed at checkout. For in-store orders, notify your server of your membership email or phone number. Points can be redeemed at the end of the checkout process on our guest-facing display.

How do I redeem my birthday reward?

Once your birthday reward is available, you will get an email to the email address provided on your loyalty account notifying you of your birthday reward. Your birthday reward can be redeemed in-store or through our Online Ordering website, www.tandemtogo.com. Make sure you are signed into your account, and you will be prompted at checkout to use your birthday reward online. The birthday treat can be combined with regular rewards dollars. It cannot be redeemed on the Toast Takeout App.

What happens to my acquired points?

For every $1 you spend, you earn 1 loyalty point. Every time you earn 50 points, those points will be automatically converted into $2.50 of loyalty rewards on your account. The loyalty rewards you earn will not expire, unless your account has 12 months without a qualified purchase.

Points earned through any loyalty program offered by Toast or a restaurant using Toast technology services have no cash value and cannot be transferred, redeemed or sold for cash. Toast reserves the right, in its sole discretion and at any time, to modify, suspend, terminate, revalue or cancel its own loyalty program and/or the technology services that enable Restaurants to offer loyalty programs through Toast. Toast reserves the right to adjudicate any discrepancies or disputes regarding rewards allocations or these program terms in its sole discretion and you agree to abide by any such adjudication.

What are the restrictions for collecting and earning points?

• Your user profile needs to be complete with a name, phone number, and email address. Make sure to follow the link sent via text after signing up in order to add these.

• When there are points available to be redeemed, all points must be redeemed at once. Points may be saved for a future purchase, but must always be used at once.

• Unused points will remain in your account as long as a purchase has been made within the last 12 months. If a purchase has not been made in over 12 months, all loyalty points will expire.

• Guests can only redeem up to 500 points ($25) on one purchase.

• Points will not be awarded or redeemed for taxes or tips. In addition, no points can be collected for the purchase of Tandem Bagel gift cards or retail items like shirts, mugs, etc.
