OUR STORY

Tandem Bagel Company was started in 2012 by two families working in tandem to bring freshly baked bagels and delicious breakfast and lunch sandwiches to the Pioneer Valley.

Our flagship Easthampton location opened in 2013 in a beautifully renovated train depot and soon became an integral part of the community, a place for old and new friends to gather.

Since then, we have opened locations in Northampton, Hadley, Florence and West Springfield. We are happy to be a part of each community, supporting local organizations and events such as 5k races, school-related activities,  food shelters, & more. Supporting our communities is paramount to us.

As we continue to grow, our focus remains the same, to offer fresh & delicious products with exceptional customer service in a family friendly atmosphere. Come visit Tandem today for a welcoming atmosphere – and great bagels and coffee to beat!

Every day at Tandem Bagel Company, each and every bagel is baked off fresh, in the wee hours of the morning. From sprinkling everything mix, to brushing with butter & cinnamon sugar, or topping with cheese, it’s all done that morning and transported by van to each of our locations in Western Massachusetts. Along with our bagels, we are always whipping up various cream cheeses, scones, muffins, cookies and so much more. We take pride in our house-made products and you can taste the difference.
